Can you guarantee I'll be approved for funding?
No one can honestly guarantee approval. Every lender has its own requirements. Our job is to help you get positioned and in front of lenders that fit your profile.
Which states do you serve?
We work with clients nationwide. Real estate financing through StarDreamz is for investment and commercial properties, and lender availability can vary by state and property type.
What does a consultation cost?
Free initial consultation on the 1st call. Moving forward? Depending on the depth of services, a starting $500+ non-refundable consultation fee will be required by the 2nd call.
